M-10 Speed Fest & Death Race

Had the vector skull art already from years ago and came across it again the other day, wanted to update the art and create some new stuff with it. Also, I always wanted to do some type of art or t-shirt of a mock M-10 race event (M-10, The Lodge Fwy). A freeway in Detroit that everyone drives insanely like it's some kind of death race. I drove it for way to many years. You can also check out these designs on other merchandise in my shop here.

Be High Below

Be high, below. A random sketch I did one day a long time ago but always liked it. Messed around today and made it more of a piece. Experimenting... Also put it on stuff at Redbubble here. Not sure I like it on a shirt, or maybe I just don't like it in preview?

I Feel...

The sum of life-preserving instincts that are manifested as impulses to gratify basic needs, as sublimated impulses, and as impulses to protect and preserve the body and mind compare death instinct.

In season

A recent little experiment in Photoshop with a Wacom tablet. Always trying to loosen up a bit with less  lines. For me this is hard, I will either start out with a full line drawing or outline every color I put down instead of just letting color and form take over the piece. Will play with this more.

Mr. Asbestos

A redundant logo on an old store door. A great place to shop if you would like to browse various types of fire and flames! I had fun doing this one and am thinking of doing more to create a series of old unrelevant logos on distressed backgrounds.
