Just a few vector concepts I was throwing around for some tattoo ideas for my son Zack. I have a lot more and am still messing around with much different ideas. I will post more later.

Lines, shapes, beaks, and teeth

I have the eye of the elephant because I can't find a tiger anywhere.

That being said, what does it matter? Not a damn thing, I just need to make pictures of things with those sticks that have horse hair at one end that you stick in a colored fluid, or some device that has color fluid within it already. Shit, my phone even has a button that you push and capture images of whatever you point it at, that could be creative right?

No one needs the eyes out of a stupid tiger, you just need to ask an elephant for one.

Detroit Drunken Historical Society Celebrates Detroit's 314th Birthday

Last Saturday the Detroit Drunken Historical Society celebrated Detroit's 314th Birthday and as part of the celebration, Corktown Studios hosted a pop-up silent art auction. The exhibition featured local Detroit artists who were asked to take inspiration from an 1883 book, " The Legends of le Detroit " described by the organizers as " a compilation of myth and lore from Detroit's French era." I was fortunate to be able to participate. The party was a blast, the people and art were great, and as an added bonus, my piece sold! I took a little creative liberty and just wanted to present the fact that French Fries come from France and Detroit loves them!
